What is Potluck?
The ISU Potluck dinner is held every year in the spring. This event is compromised
of a mixture of food, dance, music, and other activities from all over the world. The
festivities are all brought to you from the combined efforts of countless international
students and many others whom organize this wonderful event. Activities in the past
have included an International Fashion Show, Japanese Tea Ceremony, Reggae song,
international dances from Pakistan, Kenya, and India, American disco, and musical
performances ranging from Blues to Classical. Typically, there are about 300 to 400
guests each year, and it is a lot of fun for everyone.
Food! Food! Food!
One of the major attractions to Potluck is of course the food. Most of the
attendees bring lots of international food to make one of the largest buffets
you will ever see.
