The cuisine of Burkina Faso, typically of west African cuisine, is based around staple foods of sorghum, millet, rice, maize, peanuts, potatoes, beans, yams and okra. NKU currently has 2 students from Burkina Faso (Spring 2008). Burkina Faso is a landlocked country in Western Africa.
